Note for Teachers about 2019 Theme and Poems

Teachers: Thank you for your interest in NPRC 2019. Our theme for this year is Change. Before your students begin to study these poems, please review the rules of the contest carefully.

Registration will be available from January 14th, 2019 to March 2, 2019. Students who are not registered will not be permitted to compete. Please check the rules for registration details.

This year we are including speeches for students to recite.
